After 1.5 years of renovation, we have a beautiful sunny spot in Bayerisch Gmain
a refuge for discerning guests.
From the flat, which is located on the 1st floor, you can look out over the nearby spa town of Bad Reichenhall and
on a breathtaking mountain world. The apartment has two bedrooms, one is equipped with a double bed 180x200 cm, the second can be used with another double bed or two single beds. The extremely high-quality kitchen-diner leaves nothing to be desired, it is connected to the cozy living room and the Swedish stove in it
for cozy evenings by the fire. 2 bathrooms complete the luxury ensemble.

cancellation conditions
Travelers who cancel at least 29 days before arrival will receive a 100% refund. If they cancel between 14 and 28 days before arrival, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise, they will not receive a refund.

getting there
By car, take the A8 from Munich towards Salzburg (A), at the Bad Reichenhall exit (last exit before the state border) leave the motorway towards Berchtesgaden. You bypass Bad Reichenhall and soon reach Bayerisch Gmain (also called the Beverly Hills of Bad Reichenhall). From here it is only a stone's throw to the accommodation.
You can easily reach us by train via the Freilassing stop, which is located just before Salzburg. There you can change to the shuttle to Berchtesgaden, and get off at Bayerisch Gmain. We can gladly organize a pick-up from the train station to your accommodation.
